Tony Salemi
Born and raised in Chicopee, MA, Tony Salemi graduated from Pioneer Valley Christian School in 2005 and later completed a certification through the Financial Advisor Training Institute, earning his Series 7 and 66 licenses. As a teen, he loved playing baseball and football and naturally stepped into leadership roles, often helping teammates understand plays and stay in the right position.
Tony and his wife, Holly, have been married for 14 years and have four children: twins Vinny and Vito (10), Leo (7), and their daughter Francesca— “Frankie”—who turns four in January. As a family, they enjoy Springfield Thunderbirds games and playing board and card games (where Frankie somehow always wins at Uno). Tony also enjoys competitive strategy board games like Ark Nova, Everdell, and Terraforming Mars.
Community involvement has always been a meaningful part of Tony’s life. He is an active member and treasurer at Pioneer Valley Baptist Chapel, the church he grew up in. He also serves on the board of directors for Pine Brook Camp in Shutesbury—a place special to him since childhood and where he met his wife nearly 20 years ago.
Professionally, Tony brings experience from CNC machining, the mortgage industry, and most recently, working as an independent financial advisor. Each role reinforced his unique blend of strengths: a love for numbers and data, paired with the ability to explain financial concepts in a way that clicks for people. Helping clients build confidence and clarity around their goals became one of the most rewarding parts of his career.
As a Licensed Operations Support Specialist at PV Financial Group, Tony is excited to learn the firm’s systems, support back-office operations, and be part of a team that values community, collaboration, and growth. After working independently, he’s looking forward to contributing within a supportive environment and helping clients take meaningful steps toward their financial futures.
