The youngest of four children, Cindy, born and raised in Springfield, watching her parents work tirelessly to support her large and vibrant family.  She sought to emulate the work ethic of her father, a navy veteran and 40-year career railroad electrician. And her mother worked retail and maintained the homefront in which she excelled.

Cindy graduated from STCC for Business majoring in Accounting and Marketing.  She immediately went to work landing a position at Milton Bradley where she devoted twenty years to the Finance Department in various capacities while continuing her education and personal growth by night taking courses from WNEC and AIC.  When the company merged with Hasbro, Cindy moved on to Palmer Goodell and took on the role as Ed’s Executive Assistant.

Cindy, loyal and dependable, has been with the original PV Partners when they opened their doors in 2002. Her acute attention to detail and superb time management skills have encouraged the rapid growth of the business.  After having worked in an administrative capacity in areas ranging from compliance to licensing, accounting to auditing, Cindy was tasked with assisting the company Operations Department, proving her versatility and flexibility.

Cindy retired in 2020 at the time Covid hit.  She returned to PV in 2022 to rejoin the operations department and continue her PV career.

Cindy and her husband have two grown children, her daughter an Occupational Therapist in a Rhode Island Hospital NICU Unit, and her son a landscape artist in CT. They also have two grandchildren (“the boys”) that are her ultimate happiness during her semi-retirement years.
