Brendan Burke
Originally from Medfield, Massachusetts, Brendan Burke earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Comparative Literature with a concentration in film from University of Massachusetts Amherst and Lund University. Although his academic background focused on literature and film, Brendan found a passion for finance.

Prior to joining PV Financial Group, Brendan spent more than a decade in the investment industry, most recently with Alger and previously with Touchstone Investments. In these roles, he worked on the distribution side of the business, helping advisors position mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and ETFs while also consulting on ways to build more scalable, efficient, and defensible practices. Through these experiences, he developed a strong understanding of what separates good advisory firms from exceptional ones.

Brendan’s decision to join PV Financial Group as a Financial Advisor came after years of working alongside advisors and recognizing the impact thoughtful financial planning can have on clients’ lives. He was especially drawn to PV because of the firm’s carefully built culture, strong reputation, and commitment to both clients and the community. What excites Brendan most about working at PV Financial is the opportunity to directly help individuals and families achieve their goals. For him, there are few professions that are more rewarding than helping someone confidently reach retirement and knowing he plays a meaningful role in their financial future.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with his wife and visiting his daughter in Watertown, MA. He also loves traveling to Cape Cod to visit his parents in Harwich and spends much of his free time gardening, especially growing vegetables in his yard. He continues to play guitar as a hobby and credits music with shaping both his creativity and perspective.
