Originally from East Longmeadow, MA, Andrew Wands attended Westfield State University, where he studied Finance and Economics. During his time there, he balanced academics with a student-athlete lifestyle, traveling across the state for golf tournaments while developing a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and time management.

Growing up, he enjoyed golf, fishing, chess, sports, and spending time with friends. Today, those interests continue to play a major role in his free time,

especially golf, fishing, and getting together with friends and family.

Following graduation, he spent time exploring his next opportunity while also helping with his family’s landscaping and floral arrangement business, working with both commercial and recreational clients. That experience strengthened his appreciation for hard work, adaptability, and patience during transitional periods.

Before joining PV Financial Group, he also reflected on his academic and athletic journey, which taught him that consistent effort leads to meaningful results. He developed confidence in his ability to connect with others, contribute to a team, and stay committed to long-term goals that ultimately led him to the

financial services industry.

At PV Financial Group, he serves as an Operations Support supporting the team with back-office tasks and helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

He chose the financial industry because he is motivated by the opportunity to help people achieve their financial goals and build the future they envision. What excites him most about working at PV Financial is the chance to contribute to both the firm’s clients and the broader community while being part of a supportive and driven team.
